which programe to use?

can anybody tell me the best or easyist programe to use
for burning the mpg file after encoding with tmpeg?
are there any free programes?
can i make an iso image from the mpg file?
would be greatfull for any advise

If you want to compile your elementary streams (audio/video/subs) to DVD compliant files (vob/ifo/bup) you should give IfoEdit's Authoring mode a try! And, it's free.
