is it possible for dvd2svcd to create chapters?

Simple answer VCD=no, SVCD=yes if you use the image to burn.

Actually that is an old article.

In the 'new' version it is possible to create chapters in both VCD and SVCD!

simply select the vcdxbuilder and dvd chapters... should do it.

Btw, v1.1.0.1c does not catch the last chapter (as far as I remember, the bug has been confirmed by dvd2svcd himself in some older thread). Any plan to issue an update soon fixing this?
