A/V out of sync [Archive]

I have a problem with a/v sync in my Philips DVD-707 standalone player when I burn a SVCD from the image created by DVD2SVCD (or other softwares also, as Moviefactory, VCDEasy, etc). When I create my SVCD with Nero (Super Video Disc otion) and load only the MPEG file created by DVD2SVCD (encoded by TMPEGEnc) it works fine.
Can someone help me?
P.S. I'm using 48kHz audio and 2500 max bitrate.

Try searching Philips. These players are notorious for this problem.
