How to make a specific size .avi file?

I have a question. I wish to make backups for my Babylon-5 DVD set, and am wondering how to make an episode a particular size. I have used Gordian Knot a few times, and only see options for how many CDs I want the finished video to take up. Problem is, I want to get 2x 45 min episodes on a 700mb disc. So, I figured a size limit of about 350mb per episode ought to work, if I can only figure out how to do it.

Any suggestions?

See where it says 700MB to the right of the number of CDs and under Total File Size? You can change that to whatever you want. Now don't you feel silly?:)
