Adding title to end of Disc1....

For DVD movies that are too big to fit on 1 dvdr and requiring you to split them to 2 dvdr. How can i add a title to the end of disc1 that says "please insert Disc2" so people who watch the movie know to swap discs?

what authoring software are you using?

I've been able to do it on DVD Workshop by adding a title which repeats til infinity when it is reached.
