I didn't know that Roxio marketed hardware, maybe I misunderstood your meaning. Do you mean that you're using Roxio's burning software in conjunction with your DVD burner? If that's the case, there's a whole forum devoted to burning issues, go there and run a search, you'll learn a lot. You might also want to read the sticky on making a good post, learn how to do this, and you'll be well received and get all the help you need. Good luck........
