? How do i lose Analyzing

I work with DVD2SVCD
and when he goes to encode then i get with TMPG first "Analyze" (8 Hours )
And then he goes to decode (8 Hours )

Can i shut down the Analyzing part and go straight to Encoding.?

Pls help me.:(

Use one pass encoding but be warned.....quality will suffer.
VBR (2-pass) encoding is what you are using here which I believe is the best option.
Try some of the guides on the site ;)

CQ, CBR = one pass
