Audio and Video stream in single *.m2v ?

Hello,

I'm now using IfoEdit to rip some audio and sub streams out.
Then i'm using ReMpeg to make a *.m2v file but ReMpeg doesn't encode the audio.

Is their a program that can rip the audio and video + subs out of the *.vob files and then put it in one single *.m2v file ?
Cause i want to use that *.m2v file to add some menu's in it with the program SpruceUp.

a .m2v extension implies video only.

m2p or mpg imply video and audio.
