The only way I have been able to have TmpegENC read any avi file is if I run it through this Decompressor tool that comes with AVI2VCD, it does something to the file that makes it bigger and tacks a _pcm at the end of the name. However, when I do this the audio and video go out of sync. Is there a way to do the same thing this program does without losing sync?
