ifoupdateand full dvd9 to 5 guide

hi ppl wonder if any1 can help, have just done my first dvd9 to 5 following the guide off here and worked well, did the last bit using ifoupdate to correct the ifo file,worked spot on, opened ifoedit to check finished results, everything there and all extras working, burnt using prassi now only half the extras work in my standalone, the dvd just stops if you try to use them, one thing i have noticed is the extras with no sound in are the ones still working, should i have ifoupdate in stander mode, multi ogc maestro mode or cell only mode and would this affect it
