Yeah, that's ALL there is to it! Downside is that its at 29.976fps, but I'll take a loss in a few bits over the horrendious interlaced source any day for a pure progessive one.

EDIT: on looking at it again, it's not 100% perfect but this is the cleanest & jerkfree picture I have been able to achieve and it looks d*mn good.
