video codec

when I am trying to encode using cce,all the settings are right,but when I press encode button,it comes up with "could!nt find appropriate video codec for "VIFP".

any ideas.

Have you tryed registering the avi frameserveing handler in Virtual Dub? That might fix things. I dont know if all of the versions of CCE are comatible with vfapi frameserveing, but I know 2.5 is, and 2.66 probably is as well, since it accepts avisynth scripts as well.
