Hi all,

Could some one help me about the IVTC. I have a Karaoke with video type is NTSC and according to DVD2AVI guide that I need to do the IVTC before proceeding it. I've read most of the guides in Doom9 but I'm still confuse. Could some one help me please...Many thanks in advance.

You may not have to. If your video content was created by video camera, rather than by transfer from film, you can avoid IVTC, and merely de-interlace the content.

IVTC stands for "Inverse Telecine." Telecining is the process of going from 24fps film to 29.97fps NTSC Video. Inverse Telecine reverses most of the the process, and you end up with a 23.976fps video stream.
