The question is in reference to fixing teh cell info in a pgc so that the newly authored ifo will have correct chapters....

How do i go about having ifoedit copy and paste everything neccessary from the original ifo to the new ly created ifo, so that the cell info will be correct and teh chapters will be right???

I forgot to mention that you also have to copy/paste the start sector and the last sector of each cell..(it's all the reading i do on the best way to author my brain is not working so well anymore,so sometimes i forget, LoL)
this idea came from someone who already posted his method somewhere in this forum this is the only part of his method that worked for me many thanks to him i would never have thought of it.

Try using IFOUpdate. It does the cut and paste for you. I wrote it specifically to accomodate this method and to save the trouble of having to do this by hand. By the way there are couple of other parameters you should also copy from the newly created IFO to the original or you can run into problems. IFOUpdate moves everything necessary. It also has several other available functions that you can enable or disable as you choose.
