Hi jamieg

Its probably the split audio problem... does the Title set have more than one PGC?

If it does Ive found what happens is they put gap in the audio stream across PGCs so that dvd2avi simply joins the gap up (so you are left with audio that is useless) - best way of describing it is a pgc in the middle doesnt contain that particular audio so dvd2avi just joins the next pcg's audio on the end (hence it is short)

to get round this i follow the scenarist method and extract each pgc seperately, compress each seperately and recreate the pgc's in scenarist... and reauthor the disk.

i use besliced to create dummy audio as scenarist needs the correcrt number of audio channels across all pgcs

Hope this is correct and helps
