How to add a title?

As the subject says I'd like to add a title to a movie, but Ifoedit do not allow me to insert this kind of element in the VIDEO_TS.IFO :mad:
If I add a new Vob and name it VTS_XX_1.VOB (where XX is the number following the last original title) I'm then unable to recall it from anywhere in the IFO files :(

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.
