program to use to for printing out the exact size of a picture you want?
Cause i've got Photoshop 6 but i'm not that good on it, infact i'm crap on it but if I needed to print out a dvd cover that is the program I use, but every time I change the height of the picture I want the width changes so I never got it exactly (so it fits in the case nice and tight) I know it can be done with photoshop and I would'nt mind knowing how but is there another program which lets you put in say :Height 18.508 width 27.186 and it will just print that size you asked for without having to go into the settings and stuff.

well for Photoshop, just don't have it keep the proportions when resizing. that way the width won't change as you change the height. in the "Canvas Size", when you resize, make sure the little chain isn't between the width & height, problem fixed.

another alternative, load it into MS Word and play with it there. very easy to resize an image in Word, but it's the easy way out.

LEARN PHOTOSHOP =) j/k, it's difficult to learn. i'm sure i'm still considering an amateur with it, but i've learned to do everything i need to for my DV videos.

You can try IrfanView. It's free and have the option you want in the print dialog.
