Please help i don't get it

well i have been using smart ripper to rip my movies and i riped the .m2v file and Dts file in the steam option and the movie didn't need an encode since it was 2.95GB and the thing is i don't need the subtitle so i Open the VTS_01_0.IFO file,then VTS_PGCITI,then VTS_PGC_1 and i saved it like it said cell times, and i closed the program and then i opend dvd autor and new dvd, i added the .m2v and added the Dts and nothing for subpicture and for the destination c:/THE MOVIE/VIDEO_TS and the AUDIO_TS right next to it and its empty pressed ok and when it finished i clicked done and skiped the sub part and then i Highlighted VIDEO_TS.IFO and clicked the VTS Sectors and for the part if you want to process all Ifo's i said yes then i didn't have no other message window poped so i closed the ifoedit and opened prassi and data disk added the 2 folders and burn went succsefully i put the disk in and it loaded just like a dvd movie and when i played it with powerdvd and gave me dvd error error code: 81200016 this dvd title file format is invalid then i tried doing it with ac3 instead of Dts and same error accured am i doing something wrong? why is that any help would be appriciated.

BTW. when i use powerdvd to run the folder where i copied the 2 Ifo that ifoedit created and do play the movie works from the hard disk?

Your message is a bit confusing, but I suppose that what you mean is:
1. You authored successfully a DVD with IFOEDIT
2. The burned disk is not playable

I'm not familiar with the program you used for burning - I use NERO.
In Nero I have to choose a template called DVD-VIDEO, which creates
as far as I can tell a mixed ISO/UDF disk. Maybe you created the
wrong kind of disk ?

Maybe you already know this, but it is better to use a RW disk
when you're testing. That way if it doesn't work you can always
write it over.

If you just want the movie with DTS or one audio and without encoding, you mentioned it'll fit on a dvd. Why not just rip the whole main movie and strip out what you don't need in VOB extras? Just take out the audios and subs you don't need. Then create new ifos for those subs.
