I am really interested in finding filters that can be used with apps such as iuvcr.
I recently discovered that it was possible to use the deinterlace filter from another software in iuvcr and now I am able to capture and deinterlace in real time with no problem at 768X576 encoding directly to Xvid.
This was a (.ax) file that after registering it in winxp showed up in iuvcr filters.

Now I would really apreciate to find more filters like this (sharpness, noise reduction, etc etc) Also would like to know if there is a way to use .dll filters in iuvcr too? Is it possible to register them as video filters in winxp?

Unfortunatly all filters i find on the net are for Vdub :(

first, that isnt Xvid related.

second, you just need a iuvcr filter sdk, a filter' source and some basic programming skill. then you'd be able to make yourself lots of filters yourself.

good luck.

@moderator: maybe move that thread to a/v editing?

@birdy:

Its very thoughtful of you to provide that link, but aren't those filters from Cyberlink's PowerVCR which you get when you BUY PowerVCR? :confused: You can't post links/attach copyrighted software.

In case I'm wrong, and you can legally download those filters from Cyberlink's site, then please excuse me.

@cjv,
I took the link away.
Now i guess that the very consiencious guy that you are have already deleted the file and if interested then you probably have already payed at cyberlink for it.

But for your info this is available as demo on cyberlink page and you better test something before paying for it. Also it was just a deinterlace filter to test and get an example of what can be done and not the full software.

Hey man, I was just letting you know that the mods don't allow that stuff here. I noticed you were new, and I was actually trying to help you out, and avoid the possibility of you getting a strike. I really could care less how anyone gets their software, but its just not a good idea to share it on this forum.
Thats all..no harm intended,
