Where can I find the diference between the types - and + DVD?

The DVD Recorder Pioneer A04 can manage the type +?

The only one diference that I find in specifications sheets is
the recording wave lenght: 650 nm for type - and 650 -5/+5 nm for
type +. I don't know about the format.

Any information about this is welcome.

and no the pioneer can't write DVD+R(W), but the Sony DRU500A can write both type of formats. If you "only" need to write DVD+R(W) you can eg. choose the HP DVD200i (along with alot of others).
