I've been trying to figure out what to do but i have't found any step by step guide.

Can someone please help me out.

Basically what programs do i need

and then put it on the dvd r

p.s. are there any programs out there that do it all in one go.

Hi,
you should do a search before posting! Theres a lot of guides in Doom9´s Site. Here´s one that makes you backup your dvd-5 http://www.doom9.org/mpg/ifoedit-menustripping.htm
and here´s another that let you backup dvd-9 http://www.doom9.org/index.html?/mpg/ifoedit-dvdauthor.htm

All DVD movies are encryted so the first thing you have to do is decrypt it with Dvd Decrypter (read the guides). If the Dvd is single layer then you can burn it straight away but if its a dual layer disc then you will need to strip some of the audio and extra features using IfoEdit. If it still dosnt fit on a blank dvd (4.37g) then you will need to re-encode the video stream with either ReMPEG, TMPGEnc or CCE.
