I have tried to run PrimoDVD 2.0 on my Win2000 system and get an error message "run-time error 9 subscript out of range". Searching this forum and the internet on Google reveals only one other person with this problem and no solution. I have used the px engine update patcher from Veritas with no benefit.
Has anyone else had this problem and solved it?

I have the same problem. I'm not sure what causes it so I will just show my setup... maybe something will be spotted by someone?
This is my setup:
ASUS A7V133-VM Motherboard with KM133 chipset.
Primary IDE Master - 60 GB HDD (UDMA)
Slave - ASUS 48x16x48 CD-Writer firmware 1.3 (UDMA)
Secondary IDE Master - Pioneer DVR-104 firmware 1.40 (UDMA)
Slave - 60 GB HDD (UDMA)
When I disconnect the ASUS CD-Writer, the problem disappears, and I can use the software perfectly.
Perhaps after some comparisons with other systems the problem could be linked to either the CD-Writer, IDE, IDE Driver, or something linked in here somewhere??
Hope this helps at least temporarily.

Try rearranging drives on ide channels. Eg. have both hdds on primary and rest on secondary. You could try new PrimoDVDv.2.0.829 if you're not already using it.
