Only Rip The Audio

is there a way to rip the audio straight from a DVD isntead of ruipping the video with it ? i mean.. im asking cuz i have a crap load of concerts and stuff on dvd..and just want the audio.just looking for easiest way to rip just the audio to put it to mp3 format. thanks :)

I've not done it, but this is how I'd go about it:

SmartRipper, in "Stream" mode, select the appropriate audio stream. Transpose to .mp3 with BeSweet. BeSweet can transpose Dolby Digital (.ac3), MPEG Layer II (.mpa), or Pulse Code Modulation (.wav) audio tracks, among others.
