SpruceUp question

I was trying to add chapters on SpruceUp for Star Wars Episode 1, I started to add my chapters but then I notice that
the movie ended at about 1:33:40sec. What happen to rest of the movie?
By the way I used SmartRipper to get my m2v file and my AC3 audio file, DVD2AVI, VFAPI,
CCE 2.5 to encode and Pulldown. One more question is if you play the movie under the window to add chapters;
are you suppost to hear audio??
I know it may sound dumb but is my first time with SpruceUp.:confused:

Reading on the forum I found some post about SpruceUp, like for example I didn't mentioned that I was trying
to use subtitles and that SpruceUp dont like subs.
I will try again to get this movie but without the Subs.

If this is not correct please let me know!:D
