Hi,

I am using Ifoedit (actually 0.95) since 4 Months! Never experienced any problems, everything works fine! But with two movies (I don't think it matters which movies it were) i have problems with the "Stream-Stripping"! :(

For example: The movie has a size of 5,36GB with two audiostreams(both AC-3 5.1)!
Then I do "Strip streams" and strip one of the languages! And after that the movie only has 1 language left (how it should be:)) but the size has only reduced to 5,35GB!

How could this be? Why happens this only with a small amount of movies?

Thanks in advance for any clue!!

I have experienced something similar to this:

I used IFOEdit to strip out the main movie twice - once with one audio track and once with 2 audio tracks.

Both times the output was exactly the same size. Obviously IFOEdit isn't removing the actual data, just the navigation.

If anyone can shed any light on this it would be great...

I have'nt experienced this. I have had only a small reduction when the audio stream was obviously not big (i.e. directors comments) but any main language I find reduces by about at least 10%+ per VOB on average.
Happy Ripping.

I feel your pain man...I've finally stripped down "sleepy hollow" and it's still 5.01Gb...I have no idea what to do to strip it down further to fit a dvd-r. I don't want to lose video quality.

Anyone know how I can get AC3 file and possibly strip that down a bit?
