Hi guys, this is the problem:
I have downloaded de GTA Vice City DVD ISO in Prassi PrimoDVD format but this soft doesnīt at the moment support my burner ( Sony DRU500A ). Is there any way I can export or convert it to other format like RAW ISO mode to be used with DVD-Decrypter ISO burning mode, or Nero , or anything?
Thanx in advance

I was wrong, Record Now is not bundled with my Sony, it is MyDVD instead. So the question persists, can you confirm that I can burn a gi image with Record Now? If so, I could go to a friendīs house and transfer the image to his HD and burn it with his burner because does have that software.

@bastioned,
hi there you could try CDmage this can convert between different formats it can be downloaded from www.vcdhelp.com ;-)
On the record now question, record now I beleive is based on Prassi Primo DVD and Primo does support the gi ( Global Image ) type.
Happy Burning...

@Bastioned
Hi Again,
you say that CDmage does not support "gi" images , hmm... strange I thought it did.
Anyway there are 4 choices left I beleive:
1/ Use Prassi or Record Now (?) to burn the image ( A worthwhile purchase )
2/ Try VOB instant this might burn gi files...?
3/ Give Daeman Tools a try, im not sure about this supporting "gi" though. If it works it will allow you to open the gi image you can then copy the files from the image onto your hard drive and write the files out again using suitable tool.
Regards,
Drafty

Hi drafty
1 and 2 are already tried, I have Prassi and , as to date, it doesnīt support my Sony DRU500A. Will download a demo of Record Now and give it a try
I have a demo of Vob Instant too but no luck with gi images.
Still option 3 looks promising, Iīll try later and will tell ya what happens.
Thanx

Yes I did, the last update they have is no more than 2 weeks ago, and up to then the Sony is not listed as supported :( Please keep suggesting! :D
