IfoEdit and subtitles

I've tried it with a couple of movies but with no success.

I author a movie in IfoEdit (m2v, ac3 and the subtitles). Picture and sound are perfect but the subtitles are completely out of sync.
Now I'm trying it with Maestro but I found it hard no matter what guides I've read. Since the IfoEdit is much more user friendly and has the ability to (basic) author a movie WITH subtitles, why they mess up so bad?

Any ideas?

Look for this threat early

Subtitles with Ifoedit095/Vobedit06

and go to

www.movie2digital.de

you will see that DVD2DVD-R works fantastic. All streams with sync and video can be recoded with CCE, all in auto made, it is excelent.
At final you can author all streams with IfoEdit.
