Hi.

I didnt know where to write this so I wrote it under avi and dvd players.

I am wondering if anyone here is connecting there dvd or divx computer throw the vga connector to a projector or a tv with vga input?
because I have tried many tv out. component out from the xcard and none of them will give so good picture as regular vga. the colors the brightness the detail in the picture is about 3x better than it is with component out of the xcard at hdtv resolution 480p, 720p or 1080i.

so the problem is to fix this then. the screen will uppdate with tearing in the picture on the vga. it is like it will draw the next frame before the frame now is fininshed drawn or something like that. but I would like to know if there is any work around this problem because I would love to use the vga input on my projector.

by the way my graphic card is an matrox g550 dualhead with both heads connected as vga.

or if it is not possible with vga out I would like to know if it is possible to buy a regular graphic card with component hdtv out. because thats the only thing that comes even close to the vga quality. and even that is not close enough for me.

Best Regards

Ok I see that no one has answered anything to my question.

So I will shoot little bit more info about the problem and see if anyone knows anything.

I think that the overlay of the matrox card draws from the bottem of the screen up.
and could that be the problem? because I think that like ATI cards they draw from up to down. and Nvidia I think draws like matrox does.
or am I totally wrong about my information?
and if I am right. could it be that it is drawing from down to up that is making the problems?
or could it be a refresh rate problem?

anyway hope someone can help me. because if it can be solved with a diffrent graphic card I will buy it but I need to know if it will help and with witch one it will help so I can buy that one.
