Radeon 7000 or Matrox G550 for TVout ?

Which are your experiences ?

The advantage of the Matrox should be:

direct RGB to TV, there is a plan for building a cable, VGA connector to Scart-RGB connector.


Advantage of Radeon ?
no monitor needed ?

I haven't tried the Radeon, but the G550 has a beautiful TV-out capability. I recommend it, but if you play 3d games it'll be pretty bad. I'd rate its gaming capability just under a TNT2. Otherwise, an excellent graphics card, you can't do much worse for TV-out.
