I'm using vidomi to encode with xvid, and later mux the AC3 stream in. There are some files that the framerate reads a bit high after I seek to a different part of the file. If I stop playback and start it again at a certain point it doesn't happen, only if I'm seeking around the file and let it play. I'm using the video info screen of BSplayer to display average achieved framerate. It deviates by up to one frame faster.
