CCE Encoding With Menus

Has anyone encoded a movie with it's menus using CCE. I've encoded the main movies only and all I've seen are articles encoding main movie, but no menus. Can someone help me out with the menus portion using CCE?

That's the next thing I'm gonna try these days.
I don't have a clue what is going to happen when I'll try to strip out the d2v from a vob that contains menus :confused:

And I'm very curious, how on earth I'm gonna remux it and keep it working :scared:

You could strip the menu apart by CellID with VOBEdit, and then CCE each Cell. But I have no idea how to remux it back together.

What version of CCE are you using? Is there an update for CCE v2.50?
