When I'm at my "significant other's" place I attempt to use my laptop to play Divx movies on our "27 TV. I was able to do this once with no problems, but now I get a few seconds of the picture and then the the image goes blank. I can still see the computer desktop clearly in the background, and the video is playing on the computer screen, but the TV won't show the picture, just a few seconds worth when I first start or resize. Any suggestions are appreciated:

Setup:
Dell Lattitude 610 (laptop)
1.4 ghz Pentium III
Plenty of room on the 20gig HD
Radeon All In Wonder 16 meg video card
Windows Media Player
S - Video to RCA connection to RCA "27 TV (it doesn't have S-Video in, so I have to use the S-Video to RCA cord)

I've tried updating the video drivers from ATI, but none of the updates will take on my machine. The ATI control panel allows me to select/deselect the TV option, and everything else appears properly. I've tried adjusting the refresh rate, but nothing seems to help. What am I missing?

Thanks.

Be sure the TV is set to "Primary" when you have both the TV and PC monitor turned on. I have a Dell Latitude which uses ATI's "Mobility" video chipset, and only the primary screen will show video.
