Dvdxcopy & Dvd2dvdr

I think that in the future we will use 2 programs to backup our dvds:
DVDXCOPY, if we want to split the original in 2 dvd, without loosing quality
DVD2DVDR, if we want to transcode the video, to fit in 1 DVD-r.
This last programs is quite new. It doesn't support menu, but now is only in beta stage.
I tried and it works very well. I would like to make some suggestions:

- Menu support
- Support for cce 2.66
- Possibility to include extras ( with or without encoding )

Ifoedit now do not support multi PGC authoring. We must use Sonic Scenarist. ( And I think also in future )

my copy of dvd2dvdr does support 2.64
but requires xp for the file system
doesnt make any sense because none of the files on a dvd are
bigger than 1 gig ?

dvd2dvdr demux the video, audio and subtitles track. Needs NTFS partition not to have 2 GB limitation

it will be a long way (if it will ever happen - I happen to have my doubts in that department) before http://www.doom9.org/mpg/Seamless_Branching.htm and http://www.doom9.org/mpg/ButtonOverVideo.htm become useless.. Even KISS apps ask a lot more from the user than the average "copy an audio CD" application, and when it comes to DVD-9 -> DVD-5 the complexity is generally huge, and apparently even trying to understand the disc structure is beyond many people so when it comes to transcoding and putting things back together it will most likely always remain the privilege of the really dedicated "willing to invest as much time as it requires" kind of people.
