How can I create an IFO file from scratch Using Freeware?

I'm looking for a way to convert svcd's back to dvd without the original ifo file.(they were deleted a LONG time ago). Is there any freeware out there that will do this for me?

IFOEDIT will do it. But you should convert back to a legal DVD format (352x480 or 720x480). Search using "SVCD to DVD"

Thanks, I found it...not alot of info on how to use it though..(I havn't looked very hard either...) Just curious...will it still do it at 480x480?

Where it says authoring, you can use IfoEdit if you don't have an authoring program.
