too many frame drops?

I hope you can help me a little here.
I have used IfoEdit to author a few backups before. they was all PAL. No im trying to back up a NTSC disc i imported.
This may be easy as hell, but im a bit confused doing my first NTSC.

When i run the author DVD in Ifoedit just as before, this is what i get:

this happens about half way in.


I do not know what info is needed..

The audios are untouched (stripped one)
there are 3 subpicture streams .sup.
I re-encoded with CCE 3pass. added frame nr from new ifoupdate in CCE.

as you see, i had 'Linear quantizer scale' checked in CCE...

I have run the video throu pulldown. ( pulldown movie.m2v )
Using the not pulled viode file gives the same error.

I have authored the video not run throu pulldown with DVDMaestro, and on my screen it looks just fine.
video, audio, subs and chapters all look fine and right.
How will it behave payed on an NTSC system? if anyone care to lmk, i can make a sample.

if you do a search "ifoedit frame drops"
you will find your post and another post. try to read the other post.
it seems there is some problem with subtitles on some movies.
but I havent figured out anything beside that it seems to work if you rip the movie with dvd2dvdr and I dont want to do that so I am investigating little more.
little bit in a hurry so I dont have time to check everything right now so just read the other post and if you find out how to do it please write me an message about it to :)
