I have a AVI movie with framerate 23.976fps, for wich I want to change the framerate to 25fps. That is no problem.
Normally I use cooledit to change the speed of the audio so it is synchronized.
This time the audio is in AC3 (5.1) format, so it cannot be edited in Cooledit.
How can I change the speed of the AC3-file and still keep the 5.1 channels, so I can burn it on DVD-R?
