In the 'Joining different VOBs (clips) into one DVD-R tutorial, it suggests using VobEdit to 'Join Clips'.
What exactly does this accomplish?
Would it be possible to just rename them by hand and use IfoEdit to create new IFO files?
My goal is to create DVDs that are playable in a player, but have no menu. A 2 layer DVD will have a few VOBs that will need to be on a 2nd DVD+R, and I can combine these extra VOBs with the VOBs from a different movie's 2nd layer - and more efficiently use DVD+Rs.
