I wonder if that is a good thing?
Although I don't read German, I know this site is pretty respected.
Does DVD2SVCD really want this much exposure?

By whom?
I've only read their infamous DVDx article where they claimed hilarious things (like "programmed by the Hungarian Mijo Rebiae").
I will haunt them with this crappy article (http://www.chip.de/produkte_tests/unterseite_produkte_tests_219525.html) until they remove it :D .
My short comment: http://www.chip.de/community_events/chip-foren/thread.html?bwthreadid=153125&bwpage=3&bwsortorder=ascending
So, one thing for sure, they're even unable to read readmes. Not to mention the printing of the TMPGEnc serial in one of the last issues.
One thing for sure, Chip is even worse than most of the other german PC magazines. And, believe me, the average magazine is, at best, average.
But, for all those unhappy Chip fans out there, the majority of the magazines in Croatia are even worse :) .
Cheers,
Mijo.

Chip is one of the most popular PC magazines in Germany. Nowadays it's quality sucks, but in their early days they were very good (I even subscribed it - I think it was in the 80s...). In my opinion the best German PC magazin is now c't.
The Chip article is a low-level guide on how to create SVCDs using DVD2SVCD the TMPGEnc way. I thought I should mention the article, because Chip is really popular, and you may experience an increased download traffic...
