hi i'm trying to encode 2 videoclips i encoded in raw avi from my tv tuner. I don't mind doing it in either div3.11 or the new 5. When i try to do it through virtual dub settings are. The video compression to div3 low motion and audio compression to div audio 44.1khz128kbps (why can't i find that setting in mpeg layer 3?)i also reduce the volume cos i encoded it with too much volume and i cut out bits and pieces from the clip (to split it up 1 video per clip). Now to the point i do save as avi and do the name yadda yadda then it does nothing wait a few minutes then it give me the good old bluescreen says like kl_mode not excepted can't remember something like that wtf?? I've encoded from dvd source b4 and i know it does stuff like the figures and stuff change when u use nandub but this does nothing stays on 0 video frames and 0 audio sample or whatever anyone got any ideas?
I tried doing the same with nandub and it did a first pass yay! and then when it was doing the second pass again nothing and then a total crash no blue screen.
