Hi,
I was wondering if somebody could tell me the benefit of changing the quantization matrix? I have heard it mentioned several times, I personally use tmpgenc a fair bit but have never thought of changing this.... What is it, and what can it do for me...?
Note I use tmpgenc to encode DVD compatible streams... Anyone please..
