Reencode menu in Episode 2

I want to keep the animated menu in Star Wars Episode 2,
but it is more the 550 mb !

It is possible to reencode it to about 2.5 Mbit without
quality loss (TMPEG)...

But I can't remux the new .M2V into the vob-set, neither subtract
the I-picture TMPEG-template !!

Tried to remux with ReMPEG... but i didn't work...

Any suggestions ???:(

I re-encoded the main movie and kept the main menu the way it is, but it seems like i can't my subs to work it just list the bmp file name thats suppose to be said. If you need help pm me.
