Remux With DVDMAESTRO

I made a d2v file using DVD2AVI, then I re-encoded it using TMPGEnc, now can I incorporate my new M2V file back into the original DVD structure so it will be just like the original with menus and all?

Can I use IfoUpdate or I need DVDMaestro?
