Hi,

is there a easy program to convert .pav (DVB) streams directly to DVD? The "normal" way is much to time intensive (striping, converting.......). I am searching for a simple drag and drop tool. So I can use my PC as a DVD videorecorder.

you may want to give this a try:

The new version accepts a commandline modus which would be very useful for an (advanced) batch job. The output could be build to a DVD Structure with IfoEdit. Unfortunately at least the IfoEdit DVD Compile Job would need some user interactions.
Since the tool is written in JAVA and the source code is available there may be one day an extension to directly export a DVD structure. In the mo ds does not have the ability to compile a MPEG2-PS (Program Stream) or even a DVD VOB-Structure.
