help with dvd2svcd, .bin file too large

[I originally posted this message in a general forum, then found this one, hope the re-post is okay]

Please help a newbie.

I am trying to rip / burn a DVD which is 142 min in length. DVD2SVCD creates 3 files, 1&2 which are around 763,087 in length.

The third is CD_IMAGE_FILE_CD3.bin and is 844,150 and too big to fit on a CD.

What am I doing wrong? (Sorry, I don't even know what info I need to provide you to help) I have used this program before and had no problems. But this particular time it isn't working well.

(Was using 1.0.9 build 3, just upgraded to 1.1.0 build 1a to see if that makes a difference)
