I recently downsampled the movie JasonX attempting to get it to fit onto a DVD-r disc. The movie itself isn't much bigger then a DVD-r disc once the extras and extra audio/subtitles have been removed, so it doesnt need to be downsampled much...

Anyways, I tried downsampling it via CCE and TMPG, and both played fine in Cyberlink PowerDVD on my computer, however once i tried them on my standalone(s) i encountered two odd problems.

1) The movie (16:9) is stretched vertically and has the sides cut off. This was solved on one of my standalones by changing the TV Type from Widescreen to 4:3, but the other still stretches it wrong... If anyone has any ideas on this...

2) The motion is horrible. Everything is really choppy. Once again this is only a problem on my standalones, but it happens no matter which i use.

I currently have a Apex 500w, PS2, Xbox, and a SamSung DVD/VCR Combo i have tested this on. I am using Verbatim DVD-RW media, so i dont think that is an issue... Though i suppose it /could/ be...

Any suggestions?
