So when I have 6 .vob files on my harddrive, what program do I use to merge all 6 files into one huge .vob file????
(I want one .vob file so during playback there is no hestitation when my software is flipping from one .vob to another)

You could try using command prompt. Not sure if it would work.
example:-
"copy /b VTS_01_1.VOB+VTS_01_2.VOB+VTS_01_3.VOB+VTS_01_4.VOB+VTS_01_5.VOB+VTS_01_6.VOB movie.vob"
I'm sure there are programs that could do this.....not sure.
Also, you will need NTFS partition as file size will surly be over 4Gb.
Hopefully someone can suggest a program.

just use ifoedit or vobedit, in ifoedit, all you gotta do is check "no split" on the dropdown menu when you click on vob extras...
