combine avi with DD AC3 file

I have a divx 4 encoded movie with a dolby digital AC3 file what program can i use to combine these two? TIA dave

Ok Nandub works kinda if i play the ac3 file by itself in powerdvd it is picked up as a dolby digital signal by my sound card once i combine the divx 4 encoded video file with the dolby digital ac3 file with nandub it seems to lose its dolby digital signal cause my sound card does not pick it up as that any more... im just doing a direct stream copy of both the audio and video is there somthing more im supposed to do or am i totaly off track here?

Ok well it wasnt anything i was doing wrong it was powerdvd messing up.. i installed powerdivx and it worked flawlessly... thanx for the Nandub suggestion manono
