DivX(AVI)_file to SVCD using DVD2SVCD problem...

Hi,all!
Everytime I use this magnific DVD2SCVD programm which work with
all formats like: mpeg,Avi,Dvix,vob..... for exampel, if I want to make from DivX(AVI)_file or AVI to SVCD_file there is no problem and was everetime OK!, but now I have a really one problem with one
DivX(AVI)_file, becouse after decoding this DivX(AVI)with DVD2SVCD-program, all job was making fantastic, but if I have to look ready SVCD-file or even Encoded_video_CCE.mpv file its looks no good, I mean the half of below-picture looks very bad, like colour-scraped but transparently!
maybe I need some adjustment-DVD2SVCD program, please help?!

I have experienced problems using TMPGEnc. When I try to open the AVI (DivX MPEG4), I get a message that it does not support compress file(s). I used VirtualDub
to uncompress the avi and it was uncompressing almost 9 gigs!! toward the end I received an unknown error??? This happened twice. I was uncompressing to a NTFS HD with 20 GB available. First I tried it with FAT32 and received the 4 GB limit error. Are there some tools out there to transfer theses file(s) the DVD or SVCD?
P.S. the movie I was backing up is Spiderman.
