This is my second attempt for some aid. I have a Pal Region2-4 DVD and would like to get it to play on my USA dvd Region 1 -player. HOW DO I GO ABOUT CONVERTING THE ISO OR IFO ETC ETC> HELP

I would think u would make it region free, however I do recognise the diffrent frame rates between the two regions , the answer to that I dont know , re_encode it to be 29 frames per second perhaps :confused:
