Menu editing

I'd like to know a way to modify the original menu: I need to "block" access to unwanted stuff like: "extras" "languages", etc.

What's the fastest and easiest way to do it?

I heard that vobedit can do that, but there's nothing on derrow's site that explains how :(

Any1 know a guide or any other way, plz ?
